Michael Springer, Managing Director of Pitney Bowes SA, explains why the award-winning Boxis shredding machine is a ‘must have’ for businesses with high-volume document shredding needs:

“The innovative paper feeder mechanism grabs the papers from the middle and feeds them into the solid steel cutters. The feeder tray doors are connected, so opening one door will automatically open the other. This is important because you can arrive at the shredder with a big stack of paper in one hand and open both feeder trays with the other, with one movement.”

“You no longer need to engage a third party vendor to come into your company to destroy documents, which is always a risk. Nothing is safer than destroying sensitive documents yourself,” he says.
